My career has been defined by bridging these worlds. I began in Unit 8200, Israel's elite intelligence technology unit, where I developed a foundational, first-principles understanding of cybersecurity and advanced technology systems. From there, I transitioned into Tech & M&A law, spending years structuring venture capital transactions, private equity deals, and complex cross-border investments. This legal and financial expertise gave me an intimate understanding of how capital flows, how deals are won or lost, and what separates fundable companies from the rest.

As Managing Director of Porsche Digital in Tel Aviv, I spent six years on the front lines of corporate venture building, scouting emerging technologies, evaluating investment opportunities, and integrating disruptive startups into one of the world's most sophisticated automotive corporations. Before that, I founded and led Deloitte Catalyst, where I built the operational playbook for connecting high-growth startups with Global 2000 enterprises, translating innovation into revenue and strategic partnerships.

This interdisciplinary foundation, spanning intelligence and cybersecurity, legal and investment structuring, corporate innovation, and startup ecosystems, informs everything I do today.
